This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Facilitate commercial operations within field teams to ensure sales targets are met for a designated region.
• Develop, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Organize field activities to achieve desired results and established targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top- and bottom-line performance.
• Ensure seamless collaboration in daily operations and long-term business initiatives.
• Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational structure.
• Comprehend and convey a market and franchise/business perspective when guiding teams.

• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
