πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of rheumatology sales representatives to meet sales objectives and enhance product knowledge.

β€’ Create and execute strategic plans to expand market share and boost sales performance within the district.

β€’ Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities and challenges.

β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the rheumatology field.

β€’ Organize and engage in presentations, conferences, and medical education events to promote product awareness and understanding.

β€’ Collaborate with marketing, training, and medical affairs teams to ensure district sales strategies align with corporate objectives.

β€’ Monitor and assess team performance using KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance effectiveness.

β€’ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.

β€’ Manage the Pacific Northwest territory, which includes Washington, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years in a management role within rheumatology or a similar therapeutic area.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of rheumatology diseases, treatment options, and market dynamics.

β€’ Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.

β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
