This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Oversee commercial activities among in-field teams to boost sales within a designated region.
• Develop, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking progress.
• Organize in-field activities to meet established targets and achieve results.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top- and bottom-line performance.
• Facilitate seamless collaborative execution of daily operations and long-term business initiatives.
• Establish the tone and momentum for business processes and organizational delivery.
• Present market insights and franchise/business perspectives when leading teams.
• Attain a high level of expertise in product knowledge, disease states, and managed-care information.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, education, and development for both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for behaviors and performance expectations.
• Offer direction and insights to internal partners during the business planning process.

• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in business analysis and planning skills that enhance sales performance.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated ability to provide honest, effective feedback and manage performance efficiently.
• Skilled in talent development for promotional opportunities.

• Must meet relevant health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
• Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain the necessary HCIR credentials.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel adequately to cover the territory, including overnight training events and sales meetings.
• Must be able to drive a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
