This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Facilitate commercial operations within field teams to enhance sales in a designated region.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while monitoring progress.
• Organize in-field efforts to meet objectives and established targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to improve both top- and bottom-line outcomes.
• Ensure seamless collaborative execution of daily and long-term business activities.
• Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational efforts.
• Provide market and franchise/business insights while leading teams.
• Attain a deep understanding of product, disease-state, and managed-care information.
• Guide, mentor, train, and nurture both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their actions and expectations.
• Offer direction and insights to internal partners during business planning sessions.

• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related discipline is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Proficient in business analysis and planning that enhances sales performance.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to convey scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to provide honest, constructive feedback and manage performance effectively.
• Skill in developing talent for promotional opportunities.

• Must meet all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing standards.
• Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain necessary HCIR credentials.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, immunization/vaccination verification, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licensing requirements as applicable.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening test and adhere to safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel as needed to cover the territory and attend overnight training events and sales meetings.
• Capability to operate a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
