This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Oversee commercial activities within field teams to boost sales in a designated region.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Organize in-field initiatives to meet results and established targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top- and bottom-line outcomes.
• Ensure seamless collaborative execution of daily operations and long-term business strategies.
• Establish a productive tone and pace for business processes and organization.
• Present market and franchise/business insights while leading teams and conducting in-field meetings.
• Coach, mentor, train, and nurture both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their behaviors and performance expectations.
• Provide guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning sessions.

• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related business field is preferred, or relevant industry experience is required.
• Skills in business analysis and planning that enhance sales performance.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to clearly articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated ability to provide honest, effective feedback and efficiently manage performance.
• Proficiency in talent development for promotional opportunities.

• Must meet all applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
• Must maintain good standing and/or be eligible to obtain necessary HCIR credentials.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must fulfill safe driving standards.
• Ability to travel as needed to cover the territory, including overnight attendance at scheduled training events and sales meetings.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
