District Manager, Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee on-site operations to achieve desired outcomes and established objectives

• Optimize market dynamics, segment opportunities, and team collaboration

• Guide, mentor, instruct, and cultivate the growth of team members

• Offer strategic direction and insights to key internal stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is necessary

• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management

• Demonstrated leadership as a District Manager

• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities

• Proven capacity to provide honest, constructive feedback and effectively manage performance
