This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Surpass Targets: Achieve Quarterly Objectives, Perfect Store, and Scorecard KPI Metrics
• Lead with Influence: Conduct regular field assessments to evaluate execution, cultivate relationships, and support RTMs
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure seamless implementation of sales priorities, customer plans, and merchandising initiatives in-store
• Collaborate with District Partners: Work alongside RDR and RVPs to synchronize district strategy with overarching business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of merchandising initiatives, promotional launches, and compliance standards
• Plan for Expansion: Analyze sales data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and discover growth opportunities
• Cultivate Relationships: Maintain open communication with RTMs and Customer Business Teams (CBT) to guarantee flawless execution of sales initiatives through clear, concise, and timely written and verbal communication
• Optimize Resources: Recruit, develop, and train the RTMs, utilizing strategic insights and capabilities to meet KPIs and in-store execution metrics
• Champion Territory Success: Recruit, develop, and train the Retail Sales Team, applying strategic thinking and abilities to achieve KPIs and in-store execution metrics
• Maintain the Cadence: Review and assess sales routes to ensure optimal efficiency; provide coaching and adjust deployment schedules as needed to enhance growth
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of retail leadership experience, ideally in direct store delivery (DSD) or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Proven track record in managing multi-site teams and enhancing sales performance
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching abilities
