This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Surpass Goals: Achieve Quarterly Objectives, Perfect Store standards, and Scorecard KPI Metrics.
• Lead with Influence: Perform regular field assessments to evaluate execution, foster relationships, and assist RTMs.
• Execute with Excellence: Guarantee the seamless implementation of sales priorities, customer strategies, and merchandising initiatives in-store.
• Collaborate with District Partners: Work alongside RDR and RVPs to synchronize district strategies with overarching business objectives.
• Strategize for Growth: Examine sales data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for expansion.
• Foster Relationships: Keep open lines of communication with RTMs and Customer Business Teams (CBT) to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives.
• Maximize Resources: Recruit, develop, and train the RTMs, utilizing strategic insights and capabilities to meet KPIs.
• Advocate for Territory Success: Recruit, develop, and train the Retail Sales Team to meet KPIs.
• Manage the Cadence: Review and assess sales routes for optimal efficiency.
• High School Diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail leadership, ideally in direct store delivery (DSD) or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-site teams and enhancing sales performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching abilities.
