This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the OnStar & Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the designated District.
• Build and nurture relationships with assigned dealerships to enhance performance and achieve OnStar KPIs.
• Deliver continuous education to dealers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.
• Assist in project initiatives aimed at enhancing OnStar onboarding, increasing subscriber numbers, and boosting revenue.
• Perform monthly performance evaluations using analytics to pinpoint opportunities and aid in the development of dealer action plans.
• Aid in the planning and execution of strategies designed to meet monthly and yearly KPIs.
• Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials for customers, dealerships, and fleet sales personnel.
• Provide training for General Motors dealership and wholesale teams, including demonstrations of current and new OnStar products and services.
• Engage in special projects as needed.
• Adhere to all processes and training mandated by GM Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales/Account/Channel Management.
• Experience in driving sales performance in B2B is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Automotive Dealership Managers is considered beneficial.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
