• Foster accountability through training, coaching, and regular feedback for your team
• Drive Consistent Business Outcomes
• Communicate Five Below’s vision to the team
• Utilize reports and metrics to make informed decisions that enhance sales
• Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with corporate business partners
• Achieve results while maintaining the quality and integrity of work
• 5-7 years of experience in retail management
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire others
• Strong business acumen coupled with effective problem-solving skills
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex business challenges
• Develop business plans and contingency strategies
• Proficient in computer usage and standard office software applications
