District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Cultivate General Managers (and Area Managers) who surpass guest expectations, enhance sales, and optimize profits.

• Ensure that all locations are sufficiently staffed with high-quality Shift Leaders, and where necessary, Assistant General Managers.

• Oversee the district Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, including General and Administration expenses.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback and support to team members.

• Coordinate all activities related to the prompt opening of new stores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in multi-unit management within the restaurant or retail sector.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Basic proficiency in computer usage.

• Experience in analyzing financial documents (Profit and Loss, Income Statement, etc.).

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, which may include early hours as early as 3am, as well as some nights, weekends, and holidays.
