District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to enhance pipeline management and overall sales performance.

• Ensure sales representatives sustain balanced pipelines and adhere to opportunity-management best practices.

• Implement organized pipeline reviews and forecasting processes throughout the district.

• Develop and implement regional strategies aimed at expanding the sales pipeline.

• Identify pipeline deficiencies and discover new opportunities.

• Align team efforts with market potential.

• Prioritize safety and promote a people-first culture.

• Coach, train, and mentor representatives on pipeline health, diversity, and deal progression.

• Execute a district-wide business plan focused on maintaining a robust sales funnel.

• Drive achievement of pipeline-related KPIs and effectively manage the budget.

• Ensure the efficient use of Salesforce and Qlik for precise pipeline management.

• Travel approximately 75% overnight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 8+ years of sales experience.

• Alternatively, 12+ years of sales experience without a degree.

• Proven track record of achieving exceptional sales results.

• Three years of key account responsibility and managerial experience.

• Strong leadership abilities and skills in pipeline forecasting.

• Capability to develop and execute regional business strategies.

• Approximately 75% overnight travel required.

• Valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Qlik.

• MBA is preferred.
