This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with builders, general contractors, developers, property management firms, modular home manufacturers, and authorized builder distributors within the designated market.
• Propel profitable sales growth, enhance margins, and expand market share by implementing territory and customer growth strategies.
• Evaluate market conditions, competitive dynamics, customer trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to regional and contract leadership teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert on company products, brands, features, and specifications, aiding customer engagement and business development initiatives.
• Implement sales, marketing, promotional, training, and customer engagement strategies that boost brand visibility and revenue growth.
• Oversee contractual, legal, and financial dimensions of customer relationships, ensuring account performance and adherence to company policies.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance merchandising execution, inventory management, and customer service delivery.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to enhance market presence and discover new business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the appliance, building products, construction, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
• Experience engaging with builders, contractors, distributors, developers, or other construction-related customer segments.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and territory planning abilities, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.
