District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio comprising 10–15 childcare centers with an annual revenue exceeding $10M.

• Lead a team of Center Directors effectively.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, cultivate, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching personnel.

• Foster a consistent commitment to quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the market.

• Make informed business decisions that prioritize the well-being of children and families.

• Recognize sales opportunities and implement business strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a successful leader in a multi-unit capacity.

• Proficiency in identifying, developing, retaining, and engaging a successful team.

• Strong business acumen.

• Capability to drive financial outcomes and identify sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in environments focused on customer satisfaction and talent development.
