District Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers generating more than $10M in revenue.

• Lead a dedicated team of Center Directors.

• Equip Center Directors with essential tools, coaching, and mentorship.

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage both Center Directors and teaching staff.

• Foster a strong emphasis on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships in the market.

• Support sound business decisions that prioritize the well-being of children and families.

• Identify sales opportunities and implement business decisions to enhance revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an effective multi-unit leader.

• Capability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.

• Strong business acumen; adept at driving financial results and spotting sales opportunities.

• Leadership experience in an environment focused on customer satisfaction and talent development.
