📋 Description

• Collaborate with store managers in the selection and continuous training of ASDSs.

• Ensure comprehensive HR reviews, succession planning, and the development of the leadership pipeline for the district.

• Organize hourly job fairs and cultivate local hiring partnerships.

• Offer coaching and consulting on development planning for district and store leaders.

• Assess the effectiveness of planning and implementing salaried and hourly training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in HR or similar domains.

• Strong analytical skills with knowledge and experience in operational, sales, and management aspects.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
