This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Regularly engage with and visit dealer partners, acting as a consultant for Aftersales operations.
• Analyze dealer partner financial statements, systems, and other reports to pinpoint opportunities for process and performance enhancements.
• Support dealer partners in operational troubleshooting, offering training and guidance on best practices.
• Enhance Aftersales performance by advising on profitability objectives and improvements to customer experience.
• Collaborate across various departments to optimize operations while minimizing risk.
• Provide counsel to Regional Management regarding issues with dealer partners concerning policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional exempt-level experience in automotive retail/wholesale.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales roles such as Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager, etc.
• Profound understanding of factors influencing customer behavior, enhancing customer experience, increasing service drive sales, and fostering retention and loyalty.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and systems on the Aftersales side, including profit, loyalty, and retention drivers, as well as the ability to effectively analyze and utilize data to formulate and execute operational strategies.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from customers to members of MMNA leadership.
• Familiarity with vehicle technology, vehicle systems, maintenance, and the functionality of parts and accessories.
• Possession of a valid unconditional driver’s license and an acceptable driving record is required.
