• Maintain regular communication with and visit dealer partners, acting as a consultant on Aftersales operations.
• Analyze dealer partner financial statements, systems, and other reports to uncover opportunities for process and performance enhancement.
• Support dealer partners with operational troubleshooting while providing training and guidance on best practices.
• Enhance Aftersales performance by advising on profitability targets and improving customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to refine operations while minimizing risk.
• Counsel Regional Management on issues concerning dealer partners related to policies and procedures.
• Over 5 years of professional exempt level automotive retail/wholesale experience.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales roles such as Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager, etc.
• Profound understanding of factors influencing customer behavior, enhancing customer experience, boosting sales from the service drive, and fostering retention and loyalty.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and systems on the Aftersales side, including profit drivers, loyalty drivers, and retention drivers, along with the ability to effectively analyze and utilize data to formulate and execute operational strategies.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from customers to members of MMNA leadership.
• Familiarity with vehicle technology, vehicle systems, maintenance, and the functionality of parts and accessories.
• Must possess a valid unconditional driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
