This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Consistently engage with and visit dealer partners, acting as a consultant on Aftersales operations within the District for Mitsubishi Motors dealer partners.
• Analyze dealer partner financial statements, systems, and other reports to proactively identify and suggest enhancements in processes, throughput, staffing, service facilities, parts and service marketing, customer relations, and other best practices.
• Support dealer partners in “operational troubleshooting,” assisting in resolving issues and challenges, including collaboration with external vendors and internal teams.
• Enhance Aftersales performance for both MMNA and dealer partners in the District by advising dealer partners on achieving and surpassing profitability goals and improving customer experience.
• Over 5 years of professional exempt level experience in automotive retail/wholesale.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales, such as Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager, etc.
• Profound understanding of factors that drive customer behavior, enhance the customer experience, boost sales from the service drive, and improve retention and loyalty.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dealership operations and systems related to the Aftersales aspect of the business, including profit drivers, loyalty drivers, and retention drivers, along with the ability to analyze and utilize data to formulate and implement operational strategies.
• Proficient communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from customers to MMNA leadership team members.
• Familiarity with vehicle technology, systems, maintenance, and the functionality of parts and accessories.
• Must possess a valid, unconditional driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
