This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Promote the Biosurgery range of hemostatic products within the designated territory.
• Position the Biosurgery portfolio as the preferred selection for adjunctive hemostats.
• Manage current Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and actively engage new KOLs.
• Meet or surpass franchise sales objectives.
• Provide the manager with weekly and monthly sales action plans.
• Analyze sales data, pinpoint opportunities, and propose solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
• Engage in trade exhibitions and conferences.
• Oversee the territory, identify sales prospects, and maintain territory strategies.
• Ensure a strong presence in the operating room for significant specialties and procedures.
• Lead marketing initiatives alongside larger sales teams.
• Identify tender and contract opportunities.
• Collaborate with retailers to ensure effective brand representation.
• Identify and educate surgeons on new technologies through consultative surgery, sales visits, and training sessions.
• Organize and deliver customer in-service education sessions.
• Cultivate customer relationships and support healthcare service delivery.
• Develop key account strategies and identify decision-makers.
• Maximize cross-selling opportunities and provide inventory assistance.
• Build knowledge of products, anatomy, physiology, medical procedures, and competitive offerings.
• Collect usage data and track surgeon adoption.
• Manage accounts receivable, operating costs, samples, and expense budgets.
• Engage in training, self-improvement, and competency evaluations.
• Conduct business ethically in line with the Credo.
• Graduate degree, preferably in Science or Pharmacy.
• A minimum of 3–8 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in managing healthcare professional KOLs.
• Experience in collaborating with larger teams.
• Sales experience in adjunctive hemostats is preferred.
• Proficiency in the local language as well as English.
• Understanding of healthcare customer needs and competitive trends.
• Comprehensive product knowledge including features, benefits, applications, usage, anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
• Capability to analyze sales reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in managing territory plans, tenders, contracts, accounts, and expenses.
• Ability to educate surgeons and conduct customer in-service training.
