Distributor Stock Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Meet stock sales targets and implement sales strategies within designated sales territories and/or accounts

• Provide Cooper Lighting Solutions programs and initiatives to distributor partners and contractors

• Stimulate demand and stock sales through designated electrical distributors

• Oversee inventory management, local and national product promotions, and merchandising accounts

• Conduct sales training programs for distributor inside and counter sales staff as well as key contractors

• Offer pre- and post-order stock assistance and order management in collaboration with the Commercial & Industrial District Sales Manager

• Implement strategies with distributor counter and inside personnel, agency, and Lighting sales teams

• Monitor progress to achieve anticipated growth objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Over 1 year of experience, preferably related to sales and product training

• Familiarity with Excel and other analytical software

• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Preferred locations: Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Portland, OR
