This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide daily sales and customer service assistance for distribution accounts, acting as a backup resource for inquiries related to distribution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to address issues related to orders, availability, and delivery.
• Log, manage, and track complaints from distributors and customers in Salesforce, encompassing documentation, corrective action (CAPA) coordination, and follow-up procedures.
• Facilitate product availability by working with XP Power buyers and factory planners to tackle constraints and prioritize the needs of distributors.
• Assist with Inside Sales tasks as required, including providing order status updates and escalating issues.
• Manage North America Salesforce lead handling, including lead assignment, coordination, and routing of Rest of World (ROW) leads.
• Create, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly reports on distribution, backlog, and sales using SAP S/4 and Salesforce.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting through Microsoft Excel, utilizing pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and reconciling data between systems.
• Identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in sales and backlog data, communicating insights to Sales and Operations leadership.
• Oversee and maintain distributor website content to ensure the accuracy of product data, images, lead times, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate updates with internal stakeholders to guarantee that distributors have current and compliant product information.
• Enhance distributor enablement by improving data quality and visibility across systems and channels.
• Experience in sales operations, distribution support, or commercial operations, ideally within a manufacturing or B2B context.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at working across functions.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP S/4 is preferable.
