📋 Description

• The Distributor Sales Manager is responsible for managing the strategic, commercial, and operational relationship between ConnectWise and its authorized distributors throughout the EMEA region, focusing on driving indirect revenue growth through effective distributor engagement and collaborative business planning with assigned distributors.

• This position is accountable for ensuring distributor alignment, performance, enablement, and governance, which allows each distributor to effectively recruit, support, and expand MSP partners on the ConnectWise platform.

• The Distributor Manager collaborates closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), who oversees the execution of sales to MSP customers through the distributor.

• Together, the DSE and RSM maintain a clear division of responsibilities while ensuring a coordinated and impactful two-tier go-to-market strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.

• More than 5 years of pertinent experience.

• Capability to manage significant projects and processes independently with minimal supervision.

• Recognized expert in the relevant subject matter.

• Ability to adapt situationally and comprehend new technologies/processes in line with business needs.

• Proficiency in facilitating and guiding internal resources to accomplish distributor initiatives.

• Skill in fostering sales collaboration and rhythm between both organizations.

• Understanding of distribution business intelligence and vendor initiatives.

• Capability to manage the distribution pipeline and project revenue contributions.

• Knowledge of best practices and implementation of distribution incentive programs.

• Familiarity with the functionality of the ConnectWise Suite Portfolio.

• Ability to articulate the value proposition of distribution to a direct sales organization.

• Skill in developing executive-level relationships within assigned accounts.

• Capacity to facilitate net new account acquisition through distribution.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Security, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR), Remote Control, IT Infrastructure, Documentation, and Managed Services.
