This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Strategic Joint Business Planning: Collaborating closely with primary retailers and distribution partners to develop high-velocity sales and marketing strategies that achieve revenue objectives and enhance XBOX market share.
• Account & Partner Management: Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with distributors and broad accounts through regular, scheduled business assessments to gather marketplace insights and enhance performance.
• P&L and Budget Ownership: Taking full responsibility for regional revenue goals, forecast accuracy, and strategic expenditure budgets across designated accounts.
• Sales Analytics & Forecasting: Analyzing comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to support the wider Microsoft Sales team, ensuring that point-of-sale (POS) and inventory data from distributors are accurately reflected in MS Sales systems.
• Rebate & Incentive Management: Managing the complete processing of intricate partner rebates and incentives, ensuring precise calculations and timely distributions to retail partners and distributors.
• Marketing Strategy Execution: Crafting and implementing detailed quarterly marketing plans customized for distributor and account networks to enhance product visibility and promotional return on investment (ROI).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Significant experience in field sales, channel marketing, or account management within the consumer electronics, gaming, or technology industries.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of interpreting POS trends, managing large forecasting models, and handling complex retail rebate frameworks.
• Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and corporate presentation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in remote collaboration tools, CRM systems, and corporate sales database applications (experience with MS Sales is a notable advantage).
• Highly organized self-starter adept at managing substantial budgets with meticulous attention to detail in a fully remote work setting.
