Distribution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Acumatica ERP implementations from initial discovery to successful go-live.

• Perform business process assessments to gain insights into client operations, requirements, and challenges.

• Convert business needs into Acumatica configurations and tailored solutions.

• Set up Acumatica for distribution, inventory management, purchasing, sales, and other essential business workflows.

• Create and sustain Generic Inquiries, dashboards, reports, Report Designer outputs, and Business Events.

• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and promote effective system adoption among clients.

• Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, lead solution demonstrations, provide training, and oversee go-live activities.

• Offer functional guidance and resolve challenges related to business processes.

• Partner with developers and consultants to provide cohesive ERP solutions.

• Engage in knowledge sharing, establish best practices, contribute to documentation, and mentor team members.

• Oversee multiple project priorities while nurturing client relationships and ensuring quality delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Practical experience with Acumatica ERP.

• Strong understanding of distribution processes and workflows.

• Previous ERP consulting or implementation experience is highly desirable.

• Ability to comprehend the connections between operational processes and financial modules.

• Familiarity with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, Report Designer, and Business Events.

• Proficient in business process analysis and solution design.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Comfortable leading client discussions, workshops, and intricate requirements conversations.

• Capable of collaborating with consulting, development, and client teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical, business-oriented mindset.

• Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to share expertise.

• Nice-to-have: experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon integrations.

• Nice-to-have: exposure to Acumatica Field Service or Payroll modules.

• Nice-to-have: a combination of ERP consulting and end-user/industry experience.

• Nice-to-have: comprehensive functional knowledge across the Acumatica platform.

• Nice-to-have: experience with clients from various industries or business models.
