• Create and execute a scalable and organized distribution program for North America.
• Take ownership of and enhance a sell-through model that generates measurable revenue led by distributors.
• Oversee essential distributor relationships while ensuring accountability for revenue.
• Facilitate sell-through by: Providing training to distributors and partners, leading collaborative sales calls, engaging in field activities, and conducting counter days, ride-alongs, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing BANT principles.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs, including: Revenue performance, partner activity, and training completion and enablement.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to foster channel success.
• 5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management.
• Experience in door hardware, access control, or the security industry.
• Demonstrated success in creating revenue models driven by distribution and sell-through.
• Experience collaborating with national distributors.
• Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required throughout North America.
