
Distribution Account Manager – LATAM Southern Cone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Establish and nurture relationships with distributor decision-makers and operational contacts.
• Create and implement customized onboarding, training, and enablement programs for distributors.
• Collaborate with distributors on Go-to-Market strategies and drive annual and quarterly business planning.
• Conduct regular sales management calls and business reviews to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Enhance Acronis market presence by securing new partners and optimizing distributor outreach.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to provide outstanding partner experiences.
• Oversee distributor sales performance, offering guidance and improvement plans as necessary.
• Manage and report on distributor sales pipelines, forecasts, and business activities using Salesforce.
• Plan and execute collaborative channel recruitment, enablement, and marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity company with a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of total channel sales, development, or account management experience.
• Direct experience working with distributors will be viewed as a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of channel and field sales, particularly within the cloud market business model.
• Strong strategic business development skills, planning acumen, and tactical implementation sales capabilities.
• Capability to develop, implement, execute, and manage an annual channel partner business plan.
• A strong internal customer focus with a desire to understand all facets of the business.
• Excellent functional, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities, complemented by project management skills.
• Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and return on investment (ROI) oversight will be considered advantageous.
• Regional travel may be necessary; candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications (Salesforce).
• A passion for success through hard work and perseverance.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency.
