This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee sales territory to achieve or surpass sales targets
• Conduct regular meetings with all distributors within the territory
• Aid in the formulation of company sales strategies and execute them throughout the territory
• Create and implement sales strategies to boost sales via our distribution partners
• Optimize the introduction of new products
• Work towards expanding the range of products offered by each distributor
• Enhance product visibility on their website
• Establish strategic alliances with key distributors in the territory
• Identify crucial distributors for current and future strategic partnership opportunities
• Sustain and grow commodity business to bolster strategic partnerships
• Collect, analyze, and present market and competitive insights
• Foster effective working relationships with all departments within the company
• Employ CRM (Salesforce) for account management and identifying new opportunities
• Strategically apply artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance business outcomes
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management
• Experience in selling through distribution channels
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles
• Preferred industry knowledge
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
• Strong business partnering skills
• Project management abilities
