Display Graphics Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Project Management for a variety of clients, promoting a diverse range of products and services utilizing Canon and third-party technologies.

• Collaborate directly with Canon customers to gain insight into their objectives. Utilize your experience and expertise to conduct thorough assessments related to the customer’s business requirements with an emphasis on technology.

• Accurately capture customer specifications and collaborate with a project team to create a proposal tailored to meet the customer’s unique needs.

• Organize the necessary resources to design and execute customer projects to completion, ensuring that all requirements are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and profitable revenue is delivered.

• Offer technical support and guidance to both sales teams and customers.

• Demonstrate the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across different organizations, including customers (from various business units), sales, solutions consulting, project management, engineering, technical support, and third parties as needed.

• Investigate, strategize, and assess the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures, or methodologies through careful review and analysis of detailed data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required, along with 3 to 5 years of related experience.

• Familiarity with display graphics printing environments and Raster Image Processing (RIP).

• Demonstrated success as a Project Manager with the capability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes concurrently.

• Proficient in IT technologies and skilled in conveying technical information to client IT professionals.

• Expectation of travel exceeding 75% or more within the assigned region for this role.

• This role necessitates driving for company business as a fundamental job function, and adherence to company safety guidelines and policies is mandatory.
