• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of display, video, and various paid media initiatives that align with both acquisition and branding objectives.
• Evaluate and suggest opportunities for channel expansion based on audience compatibility, campaign objectives, market maturity, and anticipated returns.
• Develop testing frameworks for creative elements, audiences, messaging, and placement strategies, utilizing insights gained to enhance performance over time.
• Collaborate closely with the design team and leadership to steer the creation of new creative assets across static, video, and campaign-specific formats.
• Contribute to the formulation of brand campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, while ensuring a strong emphasis on performance efficiency and measurable results.
• Facilitate multi-market execution, tailoring campaigns as necessary for varying growth stages, audience maturity, and regional priorities.
• Establish structure and clarity in campaign reporting, assisting the company in understanding effective strategies, successful creative placements, and areas where media investment should be scaled, refined, or halted.
• Ensure that paid media operations are scalable, resilient, and not overly reliant on any single individual.
• Extensive hands-on experience in paid media, particularly with display, video, and performance-driven campaigns.
• A well-rounded understanding of both brand development and direct-response marketing.
• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets across businesses at various growth stages, from startups to more established programs.
• A strong testing orientation with the capability to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers or creative teams to develop campaign materials.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and campaign requirements change rapidly.
