Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests, dispatching field personnel as needed.

• Monitor and track job statuses throughout the day to ensure timely completion.

• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates and address scheduling conflicts.

• Utilize routing software and other tools to enhance technician schedules and travel efficiency.

• Maintain precise records of dispatch activities and job statuses in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to enhance dispatch processes and improve customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a dispatcher, ideally within the Home Services or Trades sector.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in dispatch software, routing tools, and CRM systems.

• Ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
