This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• **What will be your mission?**

• - Design and develop e-learning courses based on technical, regulatory, and business content, applying instructional design methodologies and creating effective learning experiences for various audiences within the organization.

• Key Responsibilities

• - Transform technical and regulatory content into digital learning experiences.

• - Design the pedagogical structure of courses, including storyboards, activities, and learning resources.

• - Apply instructional design methodologies and principles of adult learning (andragogy).

• - Develop and publish courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.

• - Publish and manage content within LMS platforms.

• - Work independently and collaborate with different areas as necessary.

• - Participate in future initiatives for identifying training needs and developing organizational skills.

• - Translate complex information into clear, practical, and learner-oriented content.

⛳️ Requirements

• **What we are looking for**

• - Prior experience in instructional design and e-learning course development.

• - Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or others).

• - Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or similar e-learning content creation tools.

• - Experience using LMS platforms.

• - Ability to self-manage and work remotely.

• - Interest in incorporating Artificial Intelligence tools in the design and development processes of learning.

• - Skill in simplifying and transforming technical or regulatory content into clear and educational materials.

• **Ideal Profile**

• - Junior / Mid-Level.

• - At least one prior experience in developing instructional design projects.

• - Flexible academic background: Psychology, Pedagogy, Design, Education, Communication, or other related fields.

• - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables.
