This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee workforce strategy, encompassing long-term capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models across clinical teams.
β’ Create and enhance forecasting methodologies utilizing historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics.
β’ Develop and refine scheduling frameworks to guarantee adequate coverage, access, and utilization.
β’ Collaborate with executive leadership to synchronize workforce strategy with company growth, product development, and client demands.
β’ Identify, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilization, productivity, and cost efficiency.
β’ Promote the use of modern workforce optimization tools and automation to boost efficiency, scalability, and planning precision.
β’ Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Licensing & Credentialing, Operations, HR, Recruiting, and Product/Technology teams.
β’ Assist in hiring and onboarding strategies by aligning workforce plans with recruiting pipelines and ramp-up timelines.
β’ Build and guide a high-performing workforce optimization team, establishing best practices and operational standards.
β’ Spearhead strategic initiatives and special projects to foster business growth and operational excellence.
β’ 7β10+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, analytics, or related disciplines.
β’ 3β5+ years of leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
β’ Profound expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling within complex, high-volume environments.
β’ Background in healthcare, telehealth, contact centers, or similarly intricate service operations.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of using data to inform strategic decisions.
β’ Familiarity with workforce management tools (e.g., NICE, Verint, Aspect) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
β’ Experience in leveraging modern tools, automation, or advanced analytics to improve workforce management outcomes.
β’ Capability to function both strategically and practically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
β’ Experience in a high-growth or startup setting is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance considerations is an advantage.
β’ An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
