This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership and manage Workday for the Perseus Division on a global scale.
β’ Collaborate with other tenant administrators to oversee Workday governance.
β’ Document and uphold HRIS end-user processes and procedures.
β’ Drive strategic planning for the Perseus Division within the shared Workday tenant.
β’ Offer HCM user support through comprehensive documentation and training.
β’ Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices.
β’ A minimum of 10 years in HR technology leadership roles.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing Workday on a global scale within a division of a multinational corporation.
β’ Workday Pro certification in one or more HCM modules, ideally in Talent / Performance Management, Time & Attendance, and Advanced Compensation, or equivalent experience.
β’ Strong proficiency in Workday HR subject matter functional expertise, including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing, and various troubleshooting support.
β’ Experience in designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing effective HR business solutions.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources processes.
