This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a repeatable ROI framework for both prospects and customers.
• Act as a cross-functional leader, shaping GTM strategy, product direction, and customer growth initiatives through measurable outcomes of customer value.
• Create a technical assessment methodology to evaluate prospective and existing customers, identifying fit, readiness, and value potential, while generating insights that refine Clarium's ideal customer profile as the dataset evolves.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance our commercial value narrative.
• Set pre- and post-implementation baselines for each customer to gauge realized outcomes, and consolidate trends and insights across the portfolio to recognize patterns in value delivery.
• Develop an initial value realization dashboard in partnership with Product and Data teams.
• Empower Customer Experience teams to conduct ROI-driven QBRs and executive discussions. In the short term, this involves creating collateral, dashboards, and narrative structures; over time, the aim is to enable the team to independently manage this capability as the function grows.
• Translate operational and product outcomes into executive-level narratives that facilitate customer expansion, retention, and strategic decision-making.
• Engage in advanced sales cycles, including executive-level prospect meetings, on-site presentations, and strategic ROI discussions with potential customers.
• Contribute to defining requirements for AI-driven and autonomous workflow capabilities by converting customer operational patterns and value outcomes into scalable product intelligence.
• Discover opportunities for enhancing expansion, retention, and long-term customer value.
• Develop the systems, processes, and ultimately team structure necessary to scale the function.
• Influence product roadmap decisions based on measurable customer outcomes.
• Foster measurable improvements in customer expansion and retention.
• Establish Value Realization as a fundamental capability across the organization.
• This role is anticipated to evolve as the company grows, providing opportunities to shape broader customer strategies, partnerships, commercial operations, and value intelligence capabilities over time.
• Proven experience in value engineering, strategic consulting, customer strategy, revenue operations, or customer value realization.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the capability to engage CFO, COO, and CEO stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a background in translating operational data into business outcomes.
• Proficiency in designing scalable operational frameworks, playbooks, and measurement systems that evolve from initial customer engagements into repeatable capabilities across the company.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Product, and Data teams.
• Experience in establishing processes and functions within high-growth environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure from the ground up.
• Preference for candidates with healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS experience.
