This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives through efficient territory management, which includes regular travel to different areas within the region and occasional journeys across the United States.
• Guide a team of 7 to 8 Regional Sales Managers by actively coaching and developing them while ensuring accountability for meeting sales targets.
• Oversee the monthly goal-setting process for the team, along with the strategies designed to increase revenue within your region.
• Showcase software solutions at both the end-user and channel partner levels.
• Propel the CRM process to effectively manage the business and assess outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly joint sales meetings with team members, focusing on key targeted integrators, consultants, and significant end users.
• Manage essential distribution accounts.
• Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Develop policies and procedures related to the sales organization.
• Authorize and document project price variations.
• Eliminate sales obstacles for the outside sales team by professionally addressing customer issues using corporate resources.
• Prepare for and participate in key regional and national trade shows, as well as vertical market events.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8-10+ years of sales experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong skills in territory management.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time, including some weekends.
• Exhibit a team-oriented approach.
• Exceptional skills in presentation and reporting.
• Alongside the base salary, this position offers an uncapped on-target commission plan ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.
