Director, US Regulated Products – Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Principal Product Manager (FedRAMP & DoD) to align the demands of federal customers with internal product capabilities and long-term strategic plans.

• Convert intricate federal customer requirements, compliance standards, and mission objectives into concrete action plans for product and engineering teams.

• Oversee and facilitate the delivery of essential programs for US Federal clients, ensuring that milestones are achieved on schedule and within defined scopes.

• Act as a liaison between the US Federal Sales team and internal product departments.

• Monitor the health of programs and identify potential delivery bottlenecks or compliance risks related to FedRAMP and DoD.

• Implement strategies to keep programs progressing as planned.

• Clarify technical constraints to sales teams and customers while communicating compliance requirements to technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, technical program management, product execution, or similar strategic roles.

• Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and drive execution among Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams without formal authority.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in translating complex technical and compliance issues into actionable business strategies.

• Experience in supporting federal, defense, or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with and working knowledge of FedRAMP and DoD IL5 compliance frameworks.

• Background in large-scale platform or cloud security solutions.

• Active or eligible U.S. Security Clearance is strongly preferred.
