This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the strategy, design, and implementation of argenx’s Patient Assistance Program (PAP) for both existing and upcoming indications.
• Collaborate closely with US Patient Advocacy leadership and various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create scalable, indication-neutral program frameworks that facilitate portfolio expansion.
• Manage the complete execution of PAP operations, which includes intake, eligibility assessment, case management processes, and product fulfillment pathways.
• Supervise the performance of hub, specialty pharmacy, and external vendors; oversee service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Act as the main business lead for vendors involved in PAP operations.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; an advanced degree (MBA, MHA, PharmD, or similar) is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing patient support, hub, call center, or program operations teams.
• Extensive knowledge of patient assistance programs, benefits verification, and specialty pharmacy procedures.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and enhancing SLA performance.
• Strong comprehension of compliance standards, HIPAA, and regulations regarding patient privacy.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
