This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation, enhancement, and implementation of commercial and lifecycle strategies for Illuccix®, Gozellix®, and late-stage PSMA programs.
• Act as the primary commercial thought leader steering market evolution, competitive positioning, and long-term franchise strategy, collaborating closely with the Global Commercial PSMA team.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer segments—including imaging centers, urology networks, and integrated specialty groups—to inform portfolio and pipeline decisions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and medical counterparts to proactively determine evidence needs and shape data-generation priorities.
• Take ownership of developing and delivering executive-level business cases, TAM/SAM analyses, value assessments, and lifecycle scenario modeling.
• Work with Commercial Strategy & Operations to rigorously test, align, and refresh late-stage forecasts and financial assumptions.
• Anticipate market trends, competitive developments, and adoption patterns to guide PMC submissions and investment decisions.
• Translate complex commercial analyses into straightforward, strategic recommendations for regional leadership teams.
• Serve as the senior commercial partner to GDLs, ensuring that late-stage development aligns with market requirements, differentiation strategies, and readiness for launch.
• Lead cross-functional governance efforts with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and Marketing Operations to guarantee regional alignment throughout lifecycle activities.
• Supervise commercial input for Launch Readiness Reviews (LRRs) and spearhead post-launch optimization frameworks.
• Ensure a smooth transition from upstream to downstream by aligning GTM strategy, messaging, and operational scaling across regions.
• Oversee the aggregation of competitive intelligence, which includes clinical advancements, regulatory events, launch timing, messaging, and technological innovations.
• Deliver strategic insights that influence brand positioning, lifecycle prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track policy, reimbursement, and market access changes to foresee potential barriers and opportunities for PSMA imaging adoption.
• Lead significant strategic initiatives such as lifecycle indication launches, expansion projects, and multi-regional alignment efforts.
• Drive execution excellence by establishing timelines, governance frameworks, and communication standards for cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and participate in PMC and portfolio governance forums.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, molecular imaging, medical device, or diagnostics marketing, preferably in oncology or urology.
• Demonstrated experience leading upstream product strategy, lifecycle management, or commercial planning for late-stage assets.
• Strong capability to synthesize scientific and clinical data to communicate commercial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams within complex, matrixed environments.
• Robust financial and analytical skills, with experience in developing sophisticated forecasts and investment proposals.
• Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder leadership abilities.
