This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Offer national expertise to enhance the business unit’s standing on a national level regarding the foster care demographic, including treatment and service requirements.
• Influence evidence-based practices within the foster care provider network, stakeholder system, and internal operations.
• Engage on a national scale in committees focused on evidence-based practices, trainings, and public speaking events.
• Maintain acknowledgment of national expertise through ongoing participation in progressive topics and the integration of Cenpatico as a leading national thought leader.
• Deliver TF-CBT and other evidence-based training to foster care clinicians across the country.
• Stay engaged with developers of evidence-based practices and pursue certifications in newly established clinical methodologies.
• Create collaborative learning opportunities for foster care clinicians involved in TF-CBT.
• Set up consultation opportunities for foster care clinicians.
• Head workgroups to develop a Mental Health Assessment Toolkit for the foster care population, addressing issues such as PTSD, sexual abuse, and trauma.
• Conduct outreach and foster relationships with potential stakeholders in both new and existing markets.
• Must be a certified trainer in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
• Willingness to travel; 20%-25% travel required for in-person training sessions.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience providing direct clinical interventions to youth in foster care.
• Familiarity with the Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Learning Collaborative.
• Previous management experience, including recruiting, training, assigning tasks, and overseeing staff performance.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or an equivalent independently licensed behavioral health clinician, as recognized by relevant state regulations.
• Certification from the developers of TF-CBT to train in TF-CBT is required.
• Current or former membership in the National Child Trauma Stress Network (NCTSN) is preferred.
