Director, Training & Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the performance of a cohesive Training & Enablement organization (approximately 10–20 members) that includes Sales Enablement, Post-Sales Enablement, and Enablement Tech/Systems, reporting to Operations.

• Formulate and implement an AI-first enablement strategy.

• Manage the comprehensive new-hire onboarding process.

• Oversee the enablement technology stack along with the measurement systems.

• Achieve key outcomes such as ramp time, new-hire attainment, and ongoing performance.

• Function as a proactive leader.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment in enablement efforts.

• Create and lead a high-achieving, distributed team.

• Discover opportunities to broaden the scope and impact over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of combined experience in go-to-market, operations, and/or enablement, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within enablement or training in high-growth settings.

• At least 5 years of experience leading teams, including the management of other managers.

• A proven record of delivering measurable results that you have personally achieved.

• Demonstrated capability to transform a function or system effectively.

• Experience in applying AI/automation to revamp enablement workflows.

• Developed or enhanced enablement systems, tools, and metrics that scaled with business growth.

• Strong familiarity with managing business-critical metrics and confidently reporting to senior leadership.

• Successfully navigated through ambiguous, rapidly changing, and seasonal environments.

• Collaborated cross-functionally to drive results and influence decisions at the company level.
