This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Offer specialized knowledge, vendor insights, and industry-leading practices across various digital technology elements such as: Identity Resolution, Data Management and Architecture, Analytics/Measurement & Reporting, Artificial Intelligence and Modeling, Audience Management, Testing and Optimization, Content Management and Delivery, Channel Personalization, Demand Generation, and AdTech.
• Align technology capability objectives with our requirements and create compelling narratives to convey value.
• Cultivate relationships and manage client expectations by leading and facilitating client meetings and discussions.
• Direct daily delivery initiatives in collaboration with engagement team members to produce materials using PowerPoint, Excel (with spreadsheet maintenance skills), and Lucidchart.
• Conduct discovery meetings with clients, new partners, vendors, or subject matter experts, taking notes, collecting documentation, and identifying follow-up actions.
• Provide a leading industry perspective on key aspects of the customer experience technology stack and establish expertise.
• Offer insights and recommendations for various marketing-related technology use cases.
• Guide consulting projects by crafting storytelling elements and developing strategies for optimal use of information and technology to inform programs across all channels and media.
• Supervise consulting analysts to steer work product development, enhance storytelling abilities, and educate on technological capabilities.
• Utilize existing frameworks and compile essential assets and materials.
• Manage internal initiatives to enhance the team's offerings and capabilities, including presenting new consulting engagements to leadership for consideration.
• Create materials to demonstrate and educate teams on the integration of CX technology components to foster advanced customer experiences.
• Aid in business development opportunities across various industries as a technology strategy subject matter expert (SME) or by identifying opportunities within current clients.
• Over 10 years of consulting experience in technology or marketing, OR over 10 years of experience in a digital agency managing marketing technology in a specific sector.
• Advanced knowledge of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) technical concepts and customer experience technology, including loyalty, service, commerce, content, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Expert-level understanding of specific capabilities related to relational databases, customer data integration, analytic modeling, campaign management, content management, commerce, loyalty, messaging, service, and business intelligence systems will be assessed.
• Proven experience in managing personnel and leading a diverse team.
• High proficiency in Excel (with spreadsheet maintenance capabilities), PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Miro, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements up to 25% of the time.
