• Manage the complete sales cycle from targeting and pipeline development to proposals and deal closure.
• Drive intricate enterprise sales within the utility sector, specifically with DSOs/DNOs.
• Oversee bid management and submissions for RFPs/tenders.
• Evaluate sales performance and offer recommendations based on data analysis.
• A minimum of 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in the energy, utilities, or smart grid sectors.
• Demonstrated success in selling grid or flexibility solutions to DSOs/DNOs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the UK energy market and procurement processes.
• Proven ability to build a pipeline and successfully close complex deals.
• Experience in managing RFPs and navigating long sales cycles.
• An established network within UK utilities or DSOs/DNOs.
• Familiarity with emerging grid technologies or digital energy platforms.
• A technical background in engineering or energy systems.
