This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Overseeing the recruitment process for intricate roles that necessitate advanced sourcing, competitive intelligence, and alignment with stakeholders.
β’ Crafting targeted sourcing strategies informed by market insights, competitor analysis, and talent segmentation.
β’ Performing comprehensive assessments and steering hiring decisions through structured evaluations.
β’ Enhancing Talent Acquisition processes via documentation, templates, and improved communication with stakeholders.
β’ Compiling leadership-ready hiring reports, forecasts, and actionable recommendations.
β’ Facilitating the development of Talent Acquisition capabilities through coaching and sharing best practices.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
β’ 8β12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on talent sourcing and executive search.
β’ 3 - 5 years of experience leading global or multi-regional talent sourcing teams.
β’ Proven track record in creating and implementing sourcing strategies across various business functions and levels, including professional, technical, leadership, and executive recruitment.
β’ Experience in establishing sourcing metrics and leveraging data to inform recruiting decisions, including: Time-to-fill, Time-to-submit, Candidate pipeline health, Diversity pipeline metrics, Recruiter productivity, Source effectiveness.
β’ Background in financial services, fintech, payments, banking, technology, or other highly regulated sectors.
β’ Demonstrable ability to collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers in formulating workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
β’ Experience in sourcing for challenging-to-fill positions, including technical, product, finance, compliance, technology, or executive roles.
β’ Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiters and talent sourcers.
β’ Proven ability to influence without direct authority across HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and executive presentations.
