This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, encompassing software, hardware, and firmware engineering, from initial intake to offer and closure.
β’ Develop the internal talent acquisition framework, which includes sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), tools, interview processes, scorecards, and employer branding.
β’ Determine the appropriate use of external recruiting resources for challenging or overflow searches and oversee those partnerships.
β’ Provide guidance to hiring managers and senior leadership on role specifications, hiring strategies, and candidate evaluations.
β’ Establish metrics for pipeline forecasting, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
β’ Keep the VP of People & Talent updated on strategies and risks, escalate significant decisions, and manage daily operational choices.
β’ Collaborate with the VP of People & Talent and the executive team on headcount planning linked to business objectives, product delivery schedules, and growth targets.
β’ Create job architecture and compensation strategies to ensure consistent leveling and pricing of roles.
β’ Identify, assess, and implement HR technologies, including AI-driven tools.
β’ Work with managers on learning and development initiatives from onboarding to identifying skill gaps.
β’ 8+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
β’ Proven leadership of a talent acquisition function, whether in-house or as the top recruiting executive.
β’ Previous experience leading recruitment for technical positions in software, hardware, and/or firmware.
β’ Experience in developing Talent Acquisition and People Operations processes.
β’ Background in recruiting within a rapidly growing or scaling organization.
β’ Established record of collaboration with senior leaders at the director/VP level and above.
β’ Strong focus on execution.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Familiarity with implementing or assessing HR technology systems, such as ATS, HRIS, or AI-recruiting tools.
β’ Tech-savvy with an AI-first mindset, possessing sound judgment regarding human interactions.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
β’ Additional HR certifications like PHR/SPHR or AIRS are a plus.
β’ Experience in organizational development, strategic headcount planning, job architecture, compensation strategy, manager-facing learning and development, or sectors such as deep tech, energy, data centers, or AI infrastructure is advantageous.
