This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Act as a trusted consultant to senior management, enhancing talent strategy and organizational efficiency.
β’ Spearhead the design and execution of advanced performance management systems.
β’ Provide guidance to leadership on compensation decisions, including promotions, merit increases, and off-cycle adjustments.
β’ Direct organizational design initiatives that focus on role clarity and career development.
β’ Mentor, lead, and cultivate a small, high-achieving HRBP team.
β’ 8β12 years of progressive experience in HR.
β’ Proven HRBP leadership in growth-oriented, private equity-backed, or scaling technology or SaaS companies.
β’ Strong business insight with the capability to credibly and effectively influence senior leaders.
β’ Experience in facilitating talent assessment and calibration initiatives.
β’ Background as an HR Generalist is advantageous.
