Director, Talent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted consultant to senior management, enhancing talent strategy and organizational efficiency.

• Spearhead the design and execution of advanced performance management systems.

• Provide guidance to leadership on compensation decisions, including promotions, merit increases, and off-cycle adjustments.

• Direct organizational design initiatives that focus on role clarity and career development.

• Mentor, lead, and cultivate a small, high-achieving HRBP team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in HR.

• Proven HRBP leadership in growth-oriented, private equity-backed, or scaling technology or SaaS companies.

• Strong business insight with the capability to credibly and effectively influence senior leaders.

• Experience in facilitating talent assessment and calibration initiatives.

• Background as an HR Generalist is advantageous.
