This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Accountable for enhancing the organization's enterprise talent strategy by implementing consistent, data-driven talent and performance practices throughout the business.
β’ Collaborates with leaders to bolster organizational capability through effective performance management, talent insights, succession planning, and workforce planning.
β’ Works in close partnership with Employee Relations, HR Technology, Compensation, and OD teams within HR, as well as business leaders, to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, data, and guidance for informed talent decisions, performance differentiation, and the creation of high-performing teams that align with Finance of America's long-term strategy.
β’ Conducts analysis of performance, talent, and organizational data to uncover trends, opportunities, and focal points for leadership.
β’ Develops and sustains enterprise talent insights that facilitate succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Oversees enterprise talent reviews by delivering data analysis, leading calibration discussions, and documenting key outcomes and action plans.
β’ Manages the annual performance management process, collaborating with the HR Technology team to prepare the UKG system, and partners with Employee Relations to ensure that performance management practices are consistently applied and aligned with company policies and employment requirements.
β’ Works alongside the HR Technology team to create dashboards, metrics, and reports that provide leaders with valuable talent insights.
β’ Collaborates with the Compensation team to create or modify job descriptions and analyze organizational charts and reporting structures.
β’ Guides leaders in utilizing enterprise performance management frameworks while promoting fair, consistent, and differentiated talent decisions.
β’ Identifies organizational trends related to performance, engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness, offering actionable recommendations to the Vice President of Talent Management.
β’ Contributes to enhancing enterprise talent processes, governance, and tools to improve organizational capability and support leadership decision-making.
β’ Promotes accountability by assisting leaders in executing talent actions, development plans, and performance conversations, and escalating issues when leadership ownership and action are lacking.
β’ Participates in the continuous development of Finance of America's talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and future workforce demands.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, or a related field.
β’ At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise programs or strategic HR initiatives that have cross-functional impact.
β’ Proven experience in partnering with business leaders to advance performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
β’ Strong analytical skills with a background in leveraging HRIS data and workforce analytics to produce actionable business insights.
β’ Demonstrated capability to identify workforce trends and convert data into practical recommendations that enhance organizational capability.
β’ Experience in influencing leaders and facilitating meaningful talent discussions and performance decisions.
β’ Proven track record of holding executive and senior leaders accountable in performance management and talent decisions.
β’ Strong business acumen with the capacity to balance organizational priorities, talent strategy, and employee experience.
β’ Excellent judgment and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information.
β’ Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
β’ Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree and/or SHRM, HRCI, or similar HR certification.
