This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the enterprise strategy regarding all selection and developmental assessment tools.
• Directs the design and validation of predictive, unbiased tools and 'DNA of Performance' success profiles, ensuring that hiring and promotion decisions are based on objective data and future-ready capabilities.
• Constructs the foundational framework for skills-based matching, which converts assessment performance into continuous feedback loops, enabling associates to take charge of their professional growth.
• Guides the enterprise roadmap towards adopting a skills-based talent management model.
• Collaborates with senior leadership as the primary strategist for talent logic, devising actionable and scalable career path methodologies that contribute to a career marketplace and future-ready workforce planning.
• Leads and cultivates a high-impact team of professionals dedicated to innovation and execution.
• Establishes governance, metrics, and standard operating procedures necessary for delivering a seamless and world-class assessment and mobility experience across the enterprise.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in talent selection and assessment, organizational development, and change management is required.
• Minimum Education: Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or an equivalent degree in a related field.
• Preferred Education: No additional educational requirements.
• Minimum Years of Work Experience: 8 years.
• Preferred Years of Work Experience: No additional years of experience required.
