This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three recruiters.
• Set recruiting priorities, establish operating rhythms, define performance expectations, and ensure accountability.
• Oversee recruiter capacity, allocate workloads, and manage hiring priorities across North America.
• Personally handle critical and complex searches for senior roles in technical fields, engineering, cloud, AI, data, leadership, and professional services.
• Guide searches from initiation to closure, including talent strategy, sourcing, candidate engagement, interview management, offer execution, and finalization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to comprehend business needs, calibrate hiring profiles, provide market insights, and drive hiring results.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and influence hiring decisions with innovative solutions.
• Partner on talent requirements, hiring priorities, workforce planning, and strategic pipeline development.
• Enhance sourcing strategies, interview consistency, candidate experiences, recruiting operations, reporting, and scalable recruiting practices.
• Assess tooling and optimize recruiting processes.
• Utilize recruiting data to gauge funnel health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, hiring trends, and team productivity.
• Employ AI and automation to boost recruiting efficiency and streamline outreach, analytics, scheduling, reporting, and market research workflows.
• Provide executive-ready hiring updates, insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations.
• Assist leadership communications, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership of recruiting teams and experience in professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting senior technical talent within engineering, cloud, AI, data, and professional services sectors.
• Experience managing a team while retaining hands-on recruiting responsibilities.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting data to inform decision-making.
• Experience implementing enhancements to recruiting processes, tools, and automation.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
