This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions at Seagate.
β’ Reduce the time required to fill critical roles while maintaining high standards of quality.
β’ Lead and guide the recruiting team members to develop, organize, and implement innovative Talent Acquisition processes and tools that enhance efficiency and improve the quality of hires.
β’ Evaluate current and future staffing requirements in relation to the business strategy and create/oversee the execution of suitable talent acquisition strategies/plans.
β’ Engage and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders throughout the organization.
β’ Supervise the Talent Acquisition team consisting of contractors and vendors.
β’ Collaborate with staffing teams to meet present and future staffing demands, working closely with vendors and RPO partners.
β’ Create and track data analytics specific to Talent Acquisition and utilize insights for process improvements.
β’ Demonstrated success in talent acquisition with a proven ability to build an effective team.
β’ Experience in managing and leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
β’ Proven history of implementing hiring processes that enhance efficiency in recruitment.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition across various geographies and business functions.
β’ Extensive experience in recruitment, talent strategy, candidate assessments, fit analysis, and onboarding, along with familiarity with technology platforms in the talent acquisition domain.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
